AN INTRODUTION TO OUR SHOWS

Our first official heritage exhibition was at The Sun Gallery Annual: Holiday Boutique November 19 – December 20, 2015. Clark’s wife Pan contributed work to be sold and recorded on the website during October of 2015. Pan's art is in the area of textile apparel which is considered a craft in Western society rather than art. She produces everything by hand accept dying, spinning of fiber, metal attachments. Pan's handmade bags represent Chinese heritage. Clark a fine artist scaled down his indigenous and fine art cost to meet a growing resection in the art market. In 2009 he began producing photographs. The cost was still too high and prospects were not interested buying objects to hang on their walls. His next step was to try to find a niche in the food, shelter or clothing market. He decided to try his hand at Heritage Art Apparel. In 2014 Clark began having T-shirts printed with photographs of his graphics and sculptural artwork. Clark’s work consists of African and African American Art. His themes are about the common man and African experience.
